What Quick Screen gives you

- Key metrics — cap rate, DSCR, cash-on-cash return, and estimated occupancy
- Pass / Proceed verdict — a simple signal to keep looking or dig deeper
- Comp overview — a snapshot of comparable listings in the market
Quick Screen does not include: the AI investment narrative, 10-year financial model, renovation scope, tax analysis, lender PDF, or comp map.
