Managing your subscription and billing

Quick Screen is free to start. Every new account includes 1 free Full Analysis credit on signup (no card required). This credit doesn't expire on a timer — it's used when you run your first Full Analysis.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Account → Billing in the sidebar.
- Click Upgrade plan.
- Select your new plan and enter payment details.
- Your new plan activates immediately. Unused credits from your previous cycle are not carried forward.
Downgrading your plan
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Change plan and select a lower tier.
- The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
Canceling your subscription
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Cancel plan.
- Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Starter plan.
There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in periods.
Updating payment information
Go to Account → Billing → Update payment method. We use Stripe for all payment processing — your card details are never stored on Underwrite servers.
Viewing invoices
Past invoices are available under Account → Billing → Invoice history. Each invoice includes a PDF download.
