Underwrite provides AI-powered short-term rental investment analysis. The Service generates financial models, market comparisons, and investment reports based on publicly available data and AI-generated estimates. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Accounts and Billing
You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Plan details and pricing are available at www.underwriteapp.com/pricing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond your plan's API limits
5. Intellectual Property
Reports and analyses generated by the Service are for your personal or business use. Underwrite retains ownership of the underlying models, software, and platform. You retain ownership of any property data you input.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information generated by our AI models. Real estate investment involves significant risk; consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underwrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
